Our last BNG meeting opened with a question:What kind of ball are you? At first I thought of my favorite sports, basketball, baseball or football. But then how does their purpose other than entertainment really portray my personality and my purpose? So I started to think about my skills and what I have accomplished in my career.
I decided I am a cue ball, I assist candidates and clients in reaching their desired outcome. There is no exact formula to reach the expected outcome or destination, this can be achieved through a variety of shots, trick shots mixed with experience in finding the perfect route to reach the desired outcome.
